Caring group of people

I’m so grateful to the team here for taking such wonderful care of my grandma!! We visit once every 6 weeks or so for cleaning her hearing aids, and they are kind and patient as well as very competent. We really appreciate the knowledge we always get here about how to help my grandma hear as well as she can - and she’s 92 so it’s not easy!!

I was initially hesitant to get hearing aids, but PSHAA guided me easily thru the process. Very supportive and clearly very experienced with products and testing. Took the time necessary for "fine tuning" as many times as I needed. Highly recommend!

I've had my new hearing aids for about 2 weeks. My old ones were 4 yrs. old. Quite an improvement in the newer ones. Linda at the Silverdale location is very helpful, informative and easy to talk to. She was organized and everything she said would happen - did! I would recommend her to anyone needing help with hearing.
