10/10/2024Loved the Everett, Wa office, the ladies there are very nice and wonderful to deal with. HOWEVER, I took a BIG star off because it is IMPOSSIBLE to reach them by phone. I very much dislike this call center. Both options send you to the same people at the call center (which is dishonest) and they are not friendly. I had to resort to lying to get them to send me into MY own office just to speak with MY own specialist. For example: I call in and go through the BS of pushing the buttons (why? when you're sending me straight to the same place?) anyway...the call center answers and when I say, I need to be transferred to the Everett office." They say, "are you a current patient?" (What does it matter) "Yes." (I should immediately be transferred) Then I get, "Are they expecting your call?" (What? Am I not allowed to call unless they are sitting there waiting for me to call them?) So I lied and said "Yes" and felt like a complete idiot for doing so. Look...I'm paying thousands of dollars for sensitive pieces of equipment and I'm going to think up new questions as time goes on. I want to be able to easily speak to Anne, my specialist...not 3 different people in the call center. I haven't made a relationship with them, they don't know me and I abhor having to explain my situation again and again. This needs to change. If you want to have a call center for new patients for scheduling, that's 1 thing...but you need to seriously change your set up you have now. It's not tenable. -

07/05/2024Friendly, personalized, individual service. No high pressure sales. However, I feel that I need to do a lot of research in order to figure out where to go from here, since this test was a significant change from the last time and due to the cost and insurance limits. I'd advise patients to bring the last one or two results from previous tests, which I did not, especially if checked elsewhere. I'd suggest PSHA&A to have a list of what each feature means for the four alternatives provided. I asked for a list, and the list provided only covers a few, but not easy to understand. I'd also suggest that PSHA&A factor in the patient's lifestyle. Example: if they're working or not, do they go out in public a lot, do they get a lot of phone calls, do they listen to music. This weighs heavily on whether to pay thousands of dollars or not. The issue of fragility of the product vs. the expense weighs heavilty as well. Also, each place's test is slightly different, so prefacing the test with what to expect would be helpful. I'd suggest varying the number of beeps and the intervals for accuracy. -
