It would be efficient to add the oportunity to do the pre-registration prior to the visit. That information could be most helpful for the clinic to have the correct demo hearing aide equipment on hand for a trial instead of having to wait for it to be ordered, delivered and setting up another appointment for fitting

Great people, Very personal service.

My right hearing aid started acting up a few days before my long-prepared scheduled appointment. Hearing test was fine & right hearing aid was fixed. Later that afternoon I noticed the left aid was acting up. I called & hoped to get in ASAP since the weekend was upon us. They squeezed me in for what took about 10 minutes to replace the receiver on the left, & then did the right also to make both balance. It's this kind of service that made me change from A-Plus Hearing 2 years ago.

They were so helpful in pairing my hearing aids with my new phone.

Lost my left hearing aid while on travel. They were able to call and get a replacement ordered and it should be here within 10 days. Thank you!

While I appreciated the opportunity to test the Phonak devices I was disappointed that the office did not have alternate type of devices to look at or test as well.

Even after a misread time of my appointment and confusion over the process in general die to insurance issues, the staff was able to help me and prevent me having to restart the entire process. High marks for everyone!

Iu2019m in my 80u2019s and had been having trouble hearing certain conversations; feeling like I u201chad cotton in my ears!u201d Upon my initial examination considerable old, wax buildup was found in both ears, and thankfully the doctor was able, carefully and patiently, to remove it. But then, after the hearing tests, results showed my hearing problems to be more than just wax buildup u2026and hearing aides are recommended. The results of the tests were well explained and my questions about type and costs of hearing aides were also well answered. Followup appointments will be needed now to determine exactly what options will be the best!

I was initially hesitant to get hearing aids, but PSHAA guided me easily thru the process. Very supportive and clearly very experienced with products and testing. Took the time necessary for "fine tuning" as many times as I needed. Highly recommend!

A company with honest employees. When I mentioned to the audiologist that I came to Seattle for military training many years ago and that was what caused my hearing loss, he suggested that I apply for free hearing aids through the VA. I now have a pair of $6,400 Phonak BTE Boleros and a Roger Pen Bluetooth device to connect to my cell phone and TV and hear my customers that I set up, review, and train one-on-one in QuickBooks and Quicken.

I have had hyperacusis for years and have been shopping for hearing aids for the past 2 months. I tried 2 different Audiologists in Bellevue and 3 different brands of hearing aids. When I went to the Puget Sound Hearing Aid & Audiology Bellevue office, I did not plan to buy anything from them. I just wanted to get a 2nd opinion, but I assumed they would have higher price than others. When I met the audiologist Lisa Duong, I noticed that she looks very young. I made the assumption that she is too young to help me with my problem (I later found out she looks a lot younger than her real age). My assumption was wrong. Proves the lesson that you should not judge people by their looks or be quick to make assumptions. Lisa Duong really takes the time to explain not just the problem, but also the solution. She understood my pain and gave the best consultation tailored to my specific needs. My time was valued and I appreciated the honest diagnosis. The pros and cons of my available choices were evenly weighed. The compassion, patience, and expertise Lisa exhibited with me was amazing. I am always very picky with customer service anywhere I go. Lisa definitely deserves 5 stars for her service.

Iu2019m so grateful to the team here for taking such wonderful care of my grandma!! We visit once every 6 weeks or so for cleaning her hearing aids, and they are kind and patient as well as very competent. We really appreciate the knowledge we always get here about how to help my grandma hear as well as she can - and sheu2019s 92 so itu2019s not easy!!

Indu Roy AuD Is my audiologist in Bellevue. Working in a NICU has been hard with my hearing decline and adjusting to my new hearing aids. She has truly helped me with my hearing issues which has needed extra attention than the average person. She is kind and cares. She was attentive and found a way to solve my needs. It has been life changing for me. I do not want to be the older person missing the conversation, I want to be present and valuable, and my hearing aid has brought me back in the loop. Thank you Indu.
