The best service ever!!!!

Having recently moved to Auburn, I wanted an audiologist close to home rather than across town. My insurance company recommended this one, and it was a real pleasure all the way through. The audiologist is friendly, and clearly knows her work. I got an appointment promptly, was seen promptly upon arrival, had my hearing test and repair of my old hearing aids. The entire process took about 40 minutes. I definitely have found my u201chearing home.

Vanessa is very beautiful, has a great personality, and has fantastic communication/social skills. It is a joy to meet her when coming in. Tammy demonstrates a high level of empathy tailoring to all different personality types. Shows and presents the complexity of the hearing aids in a very pleasent, easy to follow step by step process. Tammy, the Audiologist, is such a friendly, knowledgeable, comfortable person who educated me about hearing aids. She listened attentively to the history of my hearing loss and proceeded to explain how she was going to help me with these new high tech hearing aids. I loved how smooth and easy the whole procedure went, and what a difference it is to be able to hear the sounds of the teenagers talking almost too quietly in their little groups at our church meetings! I just love my new hearing aids! Tammy is making herself available at her Auburn clinic anytime I need help, during office hours naturally. I really love that!

At my first appointment, I was greeted by the receptionist, who was very friendly and polite, after which I met Tammy, she is very friendly and helpful, with over 20 years of experience in her field as an audiologist, and has extensive knowledge of how to help patients navigate through their needs of hearing aids. I recommend her, and I will continue to go there for my hearing aid needs.
