Lauren is an Angel of Mercy! When your ears ring it is imparitive that your hearing aides work. Within minutes Lauren had me up and running and ears calming down. She also programed my backups all an afternoon on a walk-in driveby! Its refreshing to get service without bs!

I came in with my father who was visiting from Arizona and had a hearing aid emergency. Dr. Jackson and staff took care of him without an appointment, with a smile, and without feeling like we were an inconvenience. Definitely will come here again!

This place is great for eye surgery but they sure didn't want to help ease the pain. It's been 2 weeks and it still hurts, but that's okay, I cried myself thru the pain last night till sleep came. I'll still recommend his skills.

I went in for a hearing test paid for by UHC. Joel performed the test and was very professional and thorough in explaining what we were doing and making sure that I understood. He did a great job explaining the results, including providing me a printout. He also explained my needs and options in obtaining appropriate hearing air aids for my situation. I would definitely recommend him.

Bad community partner. Does not listen to citizens who are pelted with plastic-bagged circulars containing their ads, which poses a security and health risk both to residents and our environment, including our beloved Commencement Bay. If they aren't willing to even open a dialogue about a very serious issue concerning their advertising methods, what's their customer service going to be like if you become a patient?

I have been taken care of by this top notch business for more than a decade. I recommend them to anyone and everyone that says they have a hearing issue. They really care about making sure you are taken care of and are treated with respect. They really care! Love them

I was seen quickly, tested and the tech was very nice & seemed knowledgeable. Gave me some positive options without being pushy and was honest about insurance & prices. (Omg hearing aids are freaking expensive!) When I have to have some and one day I will...sigh... Ill come back here.
