I have the Widex Evoke Hearing Aids. This is the second set of hearing aids I have purchased. My first hearing aids were not the Widex brand. My original hearing aids had just gone out of their 3 year warranty. I was surprised when I put the first Widex hearing aid in. I could hear sounds my original hearing aids were not picking up. When I put the second one in, I was hearing everything! I did not want to take them out the first evening, and couldnu2019t wait to put them on in the morning. I am not missing words which happened with my first hearing aids. I live alone and could easily not wear them. But, these hearing aids are so good, I can hear as good as before my loss of hearing. Iu2019m still excited to put them on in the morning as soon as I wake up!

My husband & I both received Widex- Moment hearing aids from Linda. She was knowledgeable and helpful in showing us very clearly how they operate and taking care of them. So pleasant, very caring person. We are both very pleased with the hearing aids, then from the ones we had before. We can now hear again!

Puget Sound Hearing is the best! Being a first time hearing aid user, Linda at the Silverdale Office made me feel welcomed and answered all my questions, and would not let me have less than a perfect experience in fitting me with my new hearing aids.

I have worn hearing aids for about 30 years and I've had several different brands. I got Widex hearing aids from Puget Sound Hearing Aid & Audiology about a year ago. I can hear with greater clarity than in the past, and even understand lyrics when listening to music now. I would highly recommend going to Puget Sound Hearing Aid & Audiology. They have been great to work with!

It's been 7 years since I bought hearing aids from this shop. There was a new audiologist assisting me and she was compassionate, patient, and amazing. I had an excellent experience here and am fully enjoying my new ears.

Linda @ PS HA & Audiology is amazing! She changed my life! I've had severe hearing loss for most of my life. It causes so much strife in communicating, especially at work as a Dental Assistant. I came in for an audiology exam expecting that the exam would affirm my disability but that nothing could be done. To my surprise, Linda found that my insurance would cover hearing aids for BOTH ears!! I had my new devices within a week and she was so patient and thorough explaining how to use them. After 6 months I realized that I needed even more help hearing and as usual, Linda showed me available options and even helped me get financing for some higher end aids. She is always there when I need her and is such a delight to work with. I feel blessed that we have such caring individuals and business owners in our community. Thank you!

I've had my new hearing aids for about 2 weeks. My old ones were 4 yrs. old. Quite an improvement in the newer ones. Linda at the Silverdale location is very helpful, informative and easy to talk to. I almost never take the time to write reviews in general and do not write them for money or other rewards. I am writing this one because of the amazing care and knowledge that Linda provides when you need hearing aids or have issues. This is such a huge thing since COVID has become part of our daily vocabulary since most medical practitioners have forgotten about the human part of their job. Linda still manages to make one feel actually cared about and you can also tell that she truly loves what she does. If your are in the market for your first set of hearing aids or upgrading I highly recommend making an appointment with her.

Linda, the audiologist at Puget Sound Hearing is a joy and pleasure to work with. Getting hearing aids is a big step and this is my 3rd pair over almost 20 years. Linda was helpful and knowledgeable in helping me find the right pair, get them fitted and adjusting the programs and sleeves so that they worked for me without problems or diminished functionality. At my 2 week check-up she had quick answers to fix the issues i had in the first 2 weeks and by the 4 week visit, everything was working well, my brain had adjusted to their use and i happily wear them for 12+ hours/day. In fact i often find myself heading to bed with them still in and have to turn around and remove them - they are so comfortable. She is knowledgeable, helpful, enjoyable to be with and has a great sense of humor. If i had it to do again, i would go see Linda without hesitation.

I came for hearing test. Audiologist took time to explain each test before starting. She reviewed my results and the treatment options. Although not critical for me at that time, I could benefit from hearing aids. She took extra time, and with my consent fits the devices. The hearing aids are amazing. They fit comfortably in my ears. The rechargeable receivers are so small they donu2019t interfere with eye glasses or mask.

After suffering sudden hearing loss I went to Puget Sound Audiology for testing. Linda works in a one person office and I was treated with respect and compassion. She explained everything to me so there were no surprises afterwards. I wouldnu2019t definitely recommend this office to anyone who is looking for help with hearing issues.
