Panicked after I dropped my new aide and it quit working, a quick visit with Jake solved the problem. A simple wire exchange reconnected the unit and all was well. Panic to calm, as it should be.

Jake Mangino is the best, the best. While in the office Jake assisted 4 people while I waited, he was efficient, polite and immensely helpful to everyone. Thank you for the service.

Dr.Jess Singh provided knowledgeable and professional services and really took the time to help me. In a world where people can be indifferent; Dr. Singh was caring and present. She adjusted my Phonak hearing devices and explained each step as they were paired with my phone. She earned my business.

My experience with Dung as my audiologist was encouraging. He gave me a hearing test that was a long time in the making which helped improve how my Hearing aids work.

I have been very happy with Puget Sound Audiology. All my options were clearly presented and when I wasnu2019t happy with the first custom made set, they cheerfully let me exchange them for another companyu2019s custom made set. Friendly staff and Iu2019m happy all around.

Finally succumbed to my wife and got hearing aids. Being able to turn them off via the app comes in handy. Entire staff at PSHAA are very knowledgeable, professional, and provide excellent customer service

A highly skilled professional questioned me about hearing problems and examined my level of hearing. She determined that I needed hearing aids, described various alternatives, and told me which ones would be covered by my health insurance. We discussed the benefits of using batteries vs. a charger. The equipment was ordered and I picked it up a couple of weeks later. The audiologist tested the fit and explained how the parts and charger worked. I will return after trying the aids for two weeks to discuss any questions or problems. The only challenging part of this process was difficulty in absorbing a lot of information and instruction in a short period of time. I appreciated the audiologistu2019s knowledge, skill, thoroughness and individualized attention she gave to me and Iu2019m sure to every customer she serves. Thank you.

A honest, straightforward company. When I mentioned to the audiologist that I came to Seattle for military training and that was what caused my hearing loss, he suggested that I apply for hearing aids through the VA. Which meant that his company wouldn't make money off me. I now have a pair of $6,400 Phonak BTE Boleros and a Roger Pen Bluetooth device to connect to my cell phone and TV and hear my customers that I set up, review, and train one-on-one in QuickBooks and Quicken.

Unfriendly secretary at the entry door. Very nice audiologist but at the third meeting, the 30 day check-up meeting, I felt that she was reluctant to address my concerns.

Excellent customer support at the Lake City office. Good explanation of test results and what they can provide for my hearing loss. Quick turnaround on supplying the new hearing aids. Initial soreness in ears after wearing was quickly addressed by the staff and modified hearing aids are now comfortable to wear all day. Recommend this office for your hearing needs!

I've had tinnitus for as long as I can remember. I finally decided to give hearing aids a try. I noticed a difference immediately. With the white noise therapy I'm able to concentrate while reading, watching TV and my sleep is better so I wake up feeling rested.

Access call taker had difficulty finding Puget Sound Hearing but she did eventually book my ride. She was very calm while looking for the office I needed. Thank you.

Dr Chris Stefanile is exceptional. He was so patient when working with my 93 year old mother and having hearing aids that she will actually wear is changing her life!
